GENERAL SERVICE QUESTIONS

We provide weekly service on the same day each week. Consistency matters – your pool needs regular attention to stay healthy and clean, especially in Arizona's climate. You'll have the same technician who learns your pool's unique needs and quirks.

Every visit includes:
  • Complete pool cleaning (skimming, brushing, vacuuming)
  • Equipment inspection and basket cleaning
  • Filter pressure check
  • Water level adjustment
  • Chemical balancing (chlorine, acid, etc.)
  • Photo confirmation via email after service

Absolutely. Arizona pools need attention 52 weeks a year. While service requirements change with seasons, consistent maintenance prevents problems and keeps your pool swim-ready whenever you want to use it.

We are closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day & New Year's Day
No problem! Most of our customers aren't home during service. As long as we have access to your pool area, we'll complete the service and send you an email with photos when we're done. Many customers leave gate codes or provide access through side yards.

PRICING & BILLING

Pricing depends on your pool size, access, and condition. Most residential pools start at $160/month for weekly service with all chemicals included. We'll provide an exact quote after seeing your pool. No surprises, just transparent pricing.
Yes! Unlike many competitors, standard chemicals (chlorine, acid, etc.) are included in your monthly service fee. Specialty chemicals are not included.
We bill monthly on the 1st of the month via credit card, ACH bank draft, or Zelle. Invoices are sent electronically, and payments are processed automatically. One less thing to remember.
Repairs are quoted separately and always require your approval before we proceed. When we identify an issue, our system flags it and sends you a detailed estimate including parts and labor. You decide when to move forward. No surprise bills.

COMMUNICATION & SCHEDULING

You will receive a text notification the day before and after each service. You will also receive an email service notification report with photos.
Call or text us anytime during business hours. We are hands-on and responsive. Most questions are answered within a few hours, often sooner.
We don't recommend it. Pools can deteriorate quickly, especially in summer. However, if you're traveling or have special circumstances, contact us in advance and we'll work with you. Keep in mind that inconsistent service can lead to water chemistry and equipment issues.
We service pools in rain, wind, and most weather conditions. In extreme cases (severe monsoon storms, dangerous lightning), we'll reschedule your service and notify you promptly. Your safety and our team's safety come first.

Most repairs are scheduled within 1–5 business days after your approval, depending on part availability. Emergency repairs are prioritized and handled as quickly as possible.
Yes. We stand behind all repairs with warranty coverage on both parts and labor. Specific warranty terms depend on the equipment and manufacturer, which we'll explain upfront.
Absolutely. We're experienced with all major brands (Pentair, Jandy, Hayward, Polaris, etc.) and work regularly with new construction. In fact, we offer specialized start-up services for newly built pools.

Special Services

Most pools need professional filter cleaning every 3-6 months.
Typically every 2 years, depending on water chemistry and staining. We’ll monitor your pool’s condition and advise when it’s time. This service removes built-up minerals and stains that regular cleaning can’t address. In some cases, tile cleaning may be recommended instead to remove calcium build-up.
Yes! This is one of our specialties. We'll program your automation system, balance initial water chemistry, and ensure every piece of equipment is running correctly. We partner with pool builders to provide seamless handoff from construction to ongoing care.
Definitely. Whether it’s from neglect, equipment failure, or a closed rental property, we can restore your green pool back to sparkling blue. This includes algae treatment and is a specialized service separate from routine maintenance, so please contact us for a custom quote.

Getting Started

Fill out the form on our website or give us a call. We'll ask a few questions about your pool and schedule a time to see it in person. Most quotes are provided within 24 hours of the visit.
We offer month-to-month service, no long-term contracts required. We earn your business every month by providing awesome service, not by locking you into a contract.
In most cases, we can start service within the same week. If you have an urgent situation (green pool, equipment failure, etc.), let us know and we’ll prioritize getting you on the schedule.
Welcome! We'll make the transition seamless. Just let your current company know you're canceling (check if they require notice), and we'll take it from there. We'll assess your pool's current condition and get you on our regular schedule.You decide when to move forward. No surprise bills.
Yes, we need reliable access to your pool area. This can be through an unlocked gate, a gate code, or a side yard. We’re trustworthy, professional, and treat your property with respect. For everyone’s safety, we ask that any pets or animals be secured away from the pool area during service. Most customers feel completely comfortable giving us access even when they’re not home.
